It was end of the month and there were tons of paper work to be done and deadlines to meet . Transferring files were done by the minute. Some of us were even bringing works to be done at home. It was a good thing that there is a pdf software available and can be downloaded in the internet for free, which enhances the exchange of documents. A PDF is a portable document format created by Adobe Systems, Inc.
With this software, we were able to convert pdf to word files in just two clicks. Aside from this, the software also allowed us to create a PDF by using a virtual printer. This pdf printer was efficient in creating pdfs within minutes once it was installed. Our huge files in word were converted to pdfs in an instant, making it possible for us to do our work even at home. The software was really a life saver for all of us the office. Without it, meeting our deadlines was close to being impossible. And the best part of it all was, it was free.
